Party Chicken Wings

This recipe makes fabulously flavored chicken wings. You can avoid the hassle and mess of the traditional deep frying by baking the wings in the oven instead. Use any of our Little Bottles Seasonings and Rubs with this easy recipe.

Ingredients:

Chicken wings - about a dozen wings per person

2 tablespoons Little Bottles Spice Blend for each dozen wings

1 teaspoon baking powder for each dozen wings (optional)

Salt to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.

Coat chicken wings with baking powder (optional) blended with any Little Bottles Spice Blend and salt to taste, if desired.

Cover a baking sheet tray with aluminum foil and place an oven-safe wire rack in the tray. One baking sheet tray should hold approximately 18 to 24 wings.

Bake chicken wings for about 45 minutes, turning wings after 20 to 25 minutes to ensure the wings are at their crispiest. When fully cooked, remove and rest for 5 minutes.

Serve wings with your favorite condiments and dressings. Enjoy!

Notes:

These wings are delicious on their own. Frank’s Red Hot is our “go to” choice for wing dipping sauce for those looking to “turn up” the heat. Marie’s Blue Cheese Dressing is our favorite as a dip for a side order of celery and carrots as well as very hot wings! These products will give you that authentic Buffalo chicken wing taste. (Note for authenticity: No one in Buffalo calls them “Buffalo Wings” and barbeque sauce is unacceptable to a true connoisseur!)
