Sauteed Chicken Breast

Pan sautéed or oven roasted skinless chicken breast is one of our favorite meals, but can be very challenging to cook. We recently found this wonderful recipe at the café sucre farine food blog.

Instead of the mild paprika and ground coriander used in the recipe, we substituted 1 to 2 tablespoons of The Original spice blend, and otherwise followed the recipe as described. The complexity of The Original spice blend worked well with the Italian dry seasoning and dark brown sugar to create a distinctive, moist and tender chicken breast. For our dinner, we added oven roasted potatoes with garlic, lemon, and oregano and steamed broccoli. Healthy, delicious, and sure to be a big hit with your family. Enjoy!
